Last updated: 17 September 2026. This is an operational privacy notice for the current validation-stage website. It should be reviewed and expanded as the business, membership and payment systems develop.

What information we collect

When you submit the Founding Interest form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, location, Ireland–United States connection, membership interest, reaction to validation pricing, event or partnership interests and written feedback.

WordPress.com and Jetpack may also process technical information associated with a form submission and operation of the website, such as the submission date and time, source page, browser or device information and IP address. This information may appear in administrative form notifications and records used to operate, secure and manage the website.

Why we use it

We use form responses to respond to enquiries, understand where genuine interest exists, evaluate the proposed membership and pricing, shape event concepts, identify possible collaboration opportunities and improve the TRUÉ & TRUSA proposition. Technical information may also be processed as part of operating, securing, troubleshooting and administering the website and its forms. Registering interest is not a purchase and does not create a paid membership contract.

Website and service providers

truetrusa.com is currently hosted on WordPress.com and uses WordPress/Jetpack features for website operation, forms, form notifications and site statistics. Information submitted through those features, together with associated technical information, may therefore be processed through the systems that provide those services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Site statistics and cookies

The website may use WordPress.com/Jetpack functionality to understand aggregate site activity and to operate essential website features. The exact analytics and cookie configuration may change as the site develops. Additional advertising or advanced conversion tracking will not be described here unless it is actually introduced.

Form notifications and responses

When a form is submitted, TRUÉ & TRUSA may receive an administrative notification containing the information entered in the form and associated submission details. These responses are used for the purposes described in this notice. Submitting the current Founding Interest form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or create a paid membership.

How long information is kept

Information should be kept only for as long as it remains reasonably needed for the validation, enquiry or community-building purpose for which it was collected, or where retention is otherwise required. A more specific retention schedule will be documented as the operating model develops.

Your choices and data rights

You may contact TRUÉ & TRUSA through the Join / Contact page if you want to ask how information you submitted is being used, request an appropriate correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Applicable legal rights can vary by jurisdiction and circumstances.

Payments and membership

No paid membership checkout is currently enabled. Before payments are opened, the relevant payment processing information, membership terms, cancellation/refund information and any additional privacy disclosures should be put in place.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as TRUÉ & TRUSA introduces new forms, services, processors or membership features. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated date.
